Design Notes

Point mutation was performed to mutate the restriction site of EcoRI at 52 bp and SpeI 345 bp. Condon optimization was performed to meet the manufacture requirement of IDT to synthesize the DNA fragment.

Sequence was acquired from genomic of Bacillus thuringiensis serovar thuringiensis str. IS5056. Part was chemically synthesized.
